I’ve lived in Frederick for over 45 years, and I know what makes this city special — our people, our neighborhoods, and the pride we take in our community. As mayor, I’ll focus on what matters: bringing in good local jobs, keeping our streets safe with strong community policing, improving parks and rec, and making sure our roads, water, and infrastructure are keeping up with growth! Frederick’s best days are ahead, and I want to make sure we get there together as One Frederick.

Tom has been an active member of the Frederick Community for over 45 years. He is a Co-Owner of Victory Mortgage Solutions, a local residential mortgage firm (NMLS 2446837). Having been in the local banking and financing industry for over 35 years, Tom is a proven leader and problem solver, bringing the business acumen needed to lead the City of Frederick.
